BRICK – Natural Cork Yoga Block

Yoga blocks make challenging poses more accessible by creating more space. With certain poses, you might not be flexible enough to reach all the way, so the block gives you somewhere to rest for you to get more out of your yoga pose! Generally, two blocks will serve your practice best. Some poses require only one.
