At GOM, each product is created with intention and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us. Include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
