Our original meditation bench was designed to soften your practice, allowing you to find a more natural and comfortable way of sitting. Compatible with most users of average weight and flexibility. The trapezium shaped seat supports you comfortably and takes the strain of the ankles, lower legs and knees. Its sloped seat encourages a back straight and promotes a correct posture. Its folding legs are slightly angled outward for additional stability.
