CLASSIC – Meditation Cushion

GOM meditation cushions are perfect for sitting in comfort in a meditation cross-legged position, and pranayama practice. In seated postures, it’s very important to have your back and neck straight, and hips above your knees to ease the strain on your back muscles, tilt the pelvis forward and bring length and alignment to the spine.

Filled with buckwheat husks, it will adjust to your body for maximum comfort. You can customize the size of the cushion by adding or removing the fill and to empty the cover if washing is necessary. This cushion consists of two pieces. An inner piece with a zip to fill the filling, and an outer cover. Both pieces are made of 100% cotton.
